Hanna DiLorenzo

Administrative Associate

Hanna DiLorenzo (Rochester, NY) began dancing at the Draper Center for Dance Education under the tutelage of Jamey Leverett, and continued her studies at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. While pursuing a BFA in Contemporary Dance, and she spent her senior year with Hubbard Street’s Professional Training Program (HS Pro) under the direction of Alexandra Wells. In addition to working with many notable choreographers during this time, she also performed with Hubbard Street’s main company at the Harris Theater. In the summer of 2019, Hanna attended Springboard Dance Montreal and performed works by Fernando Melo and Jason Mabana. Upon graduating from HS Pro, she has become a freelance dance artist who has worked on projects with FLOCK Works, Alysia Johnson, and Robyn Mineko Williams on Echo Mine and Moving Installations. In response to the pandemic Hanna and her fellow freelance dancers developed Little Fire artist collective where they have created works for film and performance. Hanna is thrilled to be joining Chicago Movement Collective’s administrative staff.
